Mr. Pickus joined SupportSoft as president and chief executive officer in April, 2006. Prior to SupportSoft, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the Clarity Division at CA. Mr. Pickus came to CA from Niku corporation where he served as president, CEO and chairman of the board until Niku was acquired by CA in 2005. Pickus joined Niku in 1999 and served in a variety of executive positions before serving as CEO, including President of Vertical Markets, President of Worldwide Business Relations, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Niku, Pickus was a partner at Bowman Capital Management, a technology investment firm, and Venture Law Group, a Silicon Valley law firm serving technology companies. Pickus holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Chicago Law School.
Mr. Mandeberg joined SupportSoft in January 2007 and serves as Executive Vice President, General Manager, Consumer. He has worked with both early stage start-up companies, and larger public companies to bring consumer products and online services to market, build brands, and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue. Prior to joining SupportSoft, Mr. Mandeberg was Executive Director of Market Development of Seagate's Branded Consumer business. He joined Seagate through the acquisition of Mirra, where he served as CEO. Mr. Mandeberg holds a B.A from the University of Michigan.
Anthony Rodio joined SupportSoft as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer before moving into his current role as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations. He joined SupportSoft from SideStep, where he was the vice president of product management. Prior to SideStep, Rodio was vice president of marketing at StubHub.com, a fast-growing consumer online marketplace for event tickets that was acquired by Ebay. Rodio has also held senior positions at Microsoft, where he was responsible for MSN consumer marketing, and at Amazon.com, where he was general manager for the company's zShops and the Computer Store, following brand management experience at Procter & Gamble. Rodio holds a B.S.B.A. from University of Oregon, an M.S. in Economics from Portland State University and an M.B.A. from Washington University.
Mr. Sayer joined SupportSoft from CA, where he led worldwide sales for their IT Governance solution, one of CA's fastest growing products. Prior to CA, Sayer led worldwide sales for Niku, which was acquired by CA in 2005. Sayer's experience includes establishing the direct sales organization and indirect channels for Remedy Corporation in EMEA. Sayer has also led sales organizations for several other software companies and served as the chief executive of a venture capital-backed customer relationship management company. Sayer holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Herfordshire in the U.K.
Ms. Schaffer joined SupportSoft in February of 2008 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Schaffer joined SupportSoft from Yahoo! Inc where she served as Vice President, Corporate Operations Finance from January 2007 until February 2008. Prior to that Ms. Schaffer worked as an executive at Mercury Interactive in a number of finance roles of increasing responsibility from September 2003 to December 2006 during which period it was acquired by Hewlett Packard. These roles included Vice President of Strategic Finance and Treasury and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Previously, Ms. Schaffer held senior finance roles spanning over a decade with The Coca Cola Company, Nestle Beverage Company, and Cosine Communications. Ms. Schaffer graduated from the University of South Florida earning an MBA and received a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Florida Southern College.
Robert Barnum joined SupportSoft from Oracle Corporation, where he served as Vice President of North American Solution Centers. He also worked at PeopleSoft, where he held various positions, including VP of Consulting Resources for the Western Region. Barnum holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an M.B.A. in International Business from San Francisco State University.
Anne-Marie Eileraas joined SupportSoft from Intuit, where she served as the lead lawyer for its small business division. Previously, Ms. Eileraas was vice president and general counsel for Honeywell International's Process Solutions business, a licensing attorney at Wind River Systems, and a litigation partner at Howard Rice, a San Francisco law firm. She is a University of Chicago law school graduate and holds an architecture degree from Yale University.
Mr. Lee co-founded SupportSoft in 1997 and has served as Chief Technology Officer since December, 2005. Prior to his current position, Mr. Lee has held numerous leadership roles in the SupportSoft product development organization including Vice President of Engineering and Chief Software Officer. His primary responsibilities include technical direction, product architecture and security. Mr. Lee is a frequent spokesperson on the subjects of support and automation. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Lee served as a software consultant to Hewlett-Packard Company, a computing and imaging solutions provider company. Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in biological sciences and a B.A. in music from Stanford University.
Mr. Matta joined SupportSoft in 2000 and has served as Vice President of Engineering since December 2005. In his early years with the company, Mr. Matta led SupportSoft's product management and engineering activities for the Digital Service Provider product line. In his current role, Mr. Matta manages SupportSoft's worldwide engineering team and is responsible for all aspects of product development and quality assurance. Prior to joining SupportSoft, Mr. Matta managed and delivered a number of large-scale technology projects for Deloitte Consulting from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Matta holds a B.A. in Economics from Pomona College.
