Corporate Customer Support
SupportSoft provides Corporate Technical Support for its Enterprise and DSP customers through a secure support portal called Expert Exchange. Expert Exchange utilizes several of SupportSoft's own leading edge support products. From this portal, SupportSoft's Corporate customers can perform the following:
- Download SupportSoft Products
- Search Product Documentation and Knowledgebase Articles
- Obtain Software Licenses
- Download Software Releases and Patches
- Create Support Issues
Accessing Expert Exchange
SupportSoft Corporate customers are provided with usernames and passwords for use with Expert Exchange. Your company's SupportSoft software administrators may contact SupportSoft Technical Support or your SupportSoft sales representative to obtain one.
